Screw this, amazon's one click ordering made me pay for this stupid video. I didnt get a chance to enter the discount code

No joke! I almost did the same thing before I noticed Dealzon's instructions. I hate Amazon's one-click ordering on their video on demand. For a company that has been so good for consumers, it's disappointing that it seems like Amazon is trying to trick people into spending money they don't want to.

That stinks. You should complain to Amazon, get a refund, and then you can write a blog post and have it plastered all over Consumerist and other blogs that just rant about how people got screwed by stores

Did exactly the same thing to me. I have hit the customer service with an email. I want my money back.

I accidentally bought the video as well, then applied the discount and was credited 11.94. Then I emailed then and told them that I wanted my money back and that I never got a chance to enter the promotional code. They sent me an email this morning and refunded my credit card and I believe that my account is still credited with the 11.94. So, my misfortune actually turned out alright.
