The Vizio E371VL has ambient light sensing technology that adjusts backlight levels for optimal viewing. This is especially nice when using the 37-inch in your bedroom, and while watching at night. Although a bit expensive than other similar sets, the E371VL might be more suited as a secondary TV since it only has 2 HDMI inputs. Uses SRS Technology for virtual surround sound and it exceeds Energy Star guidelines. Pretty straightforward, no-frills TV. Received mixed reviews from NewEgg and Amazon, citing power issues and warranty details.
