The almost epic Lord of the Rings Trilogy on Blu-ray is only $50 at Best Buy. Would have been my all time fav if it weren't for the cry/love fest at the end of Return of the King... give me a break Peter Jackson. Still, a good series though. The epic edition comes with 15 blu-ray discs so you can view the extra scenes and documentaries. Next best price online is $55 but usually sells for over $80.

Lowest price ever on this Lord of the Rings Trilogy Blu-ray set. I'm excited that The Hobbit is coming out, so I'll probably have to re-watch these to brush up on my Gimli voice. Yelling "Into the mines!" is a great way to start any late-night, ill-advised endeavor (including going into mines).

The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition on Blu-ray releases Tuesday (June 28th). Amazon dropped their pre-order price $14 today making this buying opportunity so... precious.
