Dirt cheap Sceptre 32-inch LCD HDTV available at Walmart. Shipping charges varies depending on location but you can ship for free to store. 720p and 60Hz with 178 degrees of horizontal viewing angle, pretty decent for a value HDTV.

yeah not very evident but i think they are on the front bottom panel from looking at the pictures and 360 viewing

Lowest price we've seen on this Sceptre X322BV-HD by $9, and it's now $20 less than Walmart was selling it for on Cyber Monday. 4.1 stars after a whopping 699 reviews. Basic functionality, but could make an easy set for the spare bedroom or an Internet-connected set with a cheap, recent Blu-ray player.

Yes this is a flat panel but I don't think it has VESA wall mount capability.
