The Pentax Optio RS1000 looks to be a good user-friendly, nice pocket camera that's cheap on the budget. Some of the negative is that the battery cover slides out easily but otherwise its a very usable and cheap camera.

    Amazon has the Pentax RS1000 Digital Camera for the lowest price we have ever seen, only $59.02. It's $29 less than the next cheapest price that we could find --also under the $60 price point making this is a great camera for any fellow photographers on a budget.
