Panasonic Lumix DMC-G2 is significantly smaller and lighter than most DSLRs.  Comes with the touchscreen LCD to navigate menus and set auto focus points.  The camera has grips for firm and non-slip hold.  Picture quality in different ISO setting are excellent and has minimal noise in higher ISO settings.  The camera has a lot of buttons that may seem complicated for first time DSLR owners.
