You get the professional workstation Quadro 1000M, which is basically just the certified drivers version of the GeForce GT 425M, letting you power through CAD programs and any other OpenGL programs at very decent performance.
The brand new ThinkPad W520 powerhouse laptop is out. Quad-Core, professional level GPU. If you'll be needing a high-end spec laptop for your CAD and design work, the W520, like its predecessor W510 will be certified to work with many professional software (and it better be, considering the price tag!)
