This Lenovo Q700 compares to the Mac Mini. It uses the integrated Intel x4500 graphics card - which is not ideal for 1080p decoding as it uses the CPU to do most of the work - HOWEVER, the Dual Core AKA Core 2 Duo (with less L2 cache) is plenty powerful and a cursory Google search reveals that the Lenovo Q700's processor can handle video decoding perfectly fine.
