Yeah that part is a bit silly, they usually stuff these things with plenty of RAM. The Lenovo Y580 should be out in June too, so you can always wait for that. Comes with a GT 660M. Of course, it'll probably be $200 more expensive.

This GT 555 is actually more like the Gt540. Its the bottom level configuration of the GT555. Just so people understand

2nd Gen 2.2 Ghz Core i7 for $799? That's umpossible! Anytime you can get a quad-core i7 laptop for under $800, WITH a solid mid-range GPU (GT 555M), you win in life. Slap in a SSD in the future on this Y570 and you're good to go.
