In this series follow up, Orlock is taking over Helghan planet as its new dictator, after Visari was killed in the war. Planning to destroy the Earth, Orlock intends to get hold of the Petrusite weapon from Stahl Arms Corporation. Gamers play the character Narville, as he continues the war alongside Rico, Sev, and the remaining ISA forces.
The game has greatly improved its presentation. The arctic landscapes, jungles, and nuclear wastelands look amazingly real. Even cracked streets and collapsing buildings add awesome cinematics to the environment. Introduced in this series is the jet packs and a new weapon called WASP, which acts as a multi-firing rocket launcher. Characters can execute brutal melee combos, which can earn them points to buy stuff online. You can also use these points to download maps for multiplayer game modes. Killzone 3 now has split-screen two-player coop, and players can take on bots in BotZone.
Killzone 3 is available only in PS3. It's the first game in the series to support 3D. So if you want to see things popping out and bullets coming your way, grab this game and see what Best 3D Graphics of E3 2010 has to offer. This game also supports PlayStation Move.
Killzone 3 Helghast Edition is exclusively released in North America and comes with the Helghast Helmet replica. It also contains the same things that come with the retail version.
