One of the cheapest budget/entry-level monitor from HP, the S2031 is a no-frills 20-inch monitor that just simply works. The average price has been around $115-$120 for a while but right now it's down to $110 with our coupon. A pretty hot deal all else considered. Free shipping, and sales tax depends on the state you're in.
Widescreen HD 1600 x 900 resolution at 16:9 aspect ratio. 5ms response rate so games and movies will work well on it. TN film panel with anti-glare. The pixel pitch is 0.2768mm, a bit high for a small monitor like this (so it may not be as sharp as most high-end model). The brightness level is also a little bit low at 200 nits, but for the price you certainly can't complain about these two slight drawbacks, especially if you're not doing any professional graphics work. Video inputs via VGA or DVI-D, HDCP compatible.

Cyber Monday special on this monitor, not too much to say about it besides the point that its cheap, works, and is the lowest price 20-inch monitor I've seen in awhile.

No frills 20-inch HP monitor is still on sale for less than $90. Lowest ever price on this monitor that supports 1600x900 resolution, 5ms response time, and decent contrast ratio (for the price range).
