Dyson DC24 Vacuum Cleaner

Dyson's DC24 All Floors upright vacuum cleaner is designed to be smaller and lighter than its other upright siblings, the DC14, DC17, DC25, and DC28.

It is significantly smaller and nearly 5 pounds lighter than the DC25, weighing 11.65 pounds total. This makes the DC24 easier to carry up and down stairs, and its retractable handle allows for storing in smaller spaces.

There are tradeoffs to creating a smaller and lighter vacuum, namely suction power (115 air watts) and bin capacity (0.19 gal) which are both smaller than the Dyson DC25 (220 air watts and 0.31 gal).
