I have used the Canon Rebel XTI and loved it!! Me and my family have been using Canon cameras for years and have nothing but good experiences with it. With a 10.1 MP your garenteed to get fantastic photos!!

The Canon EOS Rebel XS is an excellent basic digital SLR camera. It accepts the same lenses as the more advanced Canon DSLR and takes photos that are detailed and true in color representation. The Rebel series is typically slower in the startup time and number of photos it can take per second compared with the more advanced Canon cameras, but the price and lens compatibility is compelling.
