Hot hot price on this 13.3-inch Asus laptop at Microsoft Store. Not only is this thing portable (weights only 3.7 ibs and less than an inch thick) it has discreet graphics and a decent Core i5 processor which makes it surprisingly powerful for a 13-inch machine. Next best price is a similar model at Tigerdirect for $150 more ($750) but most retailers sell between $800-$1000.

The thin and light Asus U31 laptop is cheapest we've seen it by $50 at Amazon. If portability is your priority the 13-inch size is extremely easy to carry around room to room. This model is well spec'd for $600 with a fast Core i5 processor and discreet graphics. Usually this machine sells for $700.
