Today this Feb 2011 MacBook Pro 17 dropped to its lowest price ever by $200, which is currently $299 off the next best online price. That's also $487 cheaper than the newest Oct 2011 MacBook Pro 17.
Hey wow. This MacBook Pro 17-inch deal cost less than $10,000. Nice! Bad jokes aside, this quad-core desktop replacement Mac really is a decent deal, at a solid ~$250 cheaper than other retailers. You get a faster than usual i7 and a high/mid-range Radeon HD 6750M. The only thing that's a bit lacking is the RAM count (for such a high-end machine), but you can easily remedy that with another 4GB of stick.
