The Acer 5732z series of laptops was a 15.6 inch budget laptop reproduced by Acer back in 2009.  It is currently out of production and no longer being distributed for sale by retailers (at the very least, not new anyways).  If you're looking for a similar laptop, check out Acer's Aspire website and use the filters to find a similar cheap 15.6 inch.

Filtering the top with the price range of $345 to $400 and screen size of 15.6 should net you 14 laptops under $400, with most of them hovering around $398 intro price.  Most of these 15.6 are basic AMD Athlon dual-core at various clock speed.  We recommending plugging the model # into Newegg or Amazon to see the review for the laptop you're interested in.  Or use Dealzon's laptop section and filter the size by 15.6" - you'll be able to find plenty of modern, newly released laptops within the $400 price range.
